Government Agency ICE Hunts Down Child Sex Crime Offenders, After Sanctuary Cities Set Them Free

Everyone knows that bad things unfortunately happen each and every day. However, recently operations have brought down dozens of sex crime offenders from around the United States.

These offenders were being harbored within deemed sanctuary cities such as New Jersey, California, Chicago and New York City. Thinking they were invisible, they soon were mistaken as they since have been detained.

During a White House briefing held on Thursday, the following announcement was made by Acting ICE Director Matthew Albence, “It’s time to publicly call out those who have put politics over public safety, those who make our communities less secure, who create safe havens in which criminal aliens and gangs are allowed to flourish and can victimize innocent people with impunity.” Matthew was surrounded by many law enforcement officials as he made these statements.

According to Fox News, Albence said last year more than 145,000 of these criminals were deported including 10,000 gang members. Out of these arrests, 70% of them took place through a detainer inside jail and prison systems.

ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) operations made 1,300 arrests. Of these arrests, officers arrested nearly 200 who could have been arrested in jail if their detainers had been honored. Three of these criminals had convictions for murder or manslaughter.

Another 100 of them were convicted for sexual related crimes. Out of those crimes, half of them were made against children. There were 70 drug related crimes by 70 of these criminals. Also, 328 of these criminals had convictions made against them for either drugs, alcohol and/or DUI’s.

Further commentary made by Director Matthew Albence included, whether or not liberal immigration policies are as compassionate as activists claim comes on the heels of Trump making a similar argument at the United Nations, where he slammed the “cruel” policies of open-border activists.

“Today, I have a message for those open border activists who cloak themselves in the rhetoric of social justice: Your policies are not just, your policies are cruel and evil,” he said Tuesday, accusing them of promoting human smuggling and the “erasure of national borders.”

“You are empowering criminal organizations that prey on innocent men, women and children. You put your own false sense of virtue before the lives and well-being of countless innocent people,” he said. “When you undermine border security, you are undermining human rights and human dignity.” Albence added.

The outcome of all of this will prove to be interesting. Things need to change as criminals continue to plague not only the United States, but other countries around the world. Nobody should feel unsafe with their family and friends out on the street. That is a crime itself.
